Weekly Report – Week 3 School Engagement – Sandiway Primary
This week, I had a fantastic time delivering presentations to Year 5 and Year 6 pupils at Sandiway Primary School!
We explored:
Definition of Bullying
Cyberbullying
Bystander vs Upstander
Brilliant interaction and discussion throughout – well done everyone!
Community Event – Mothers’ Union Christmas Fayre
Lovely engagement at the Mothers’ Union Christmas Fayre today!
It was fantastic to see so many stalls raising funds for Mothers’ Union projects.
I even enjoyed a hot cup of soup to keep warm
Knife Sweep Completed – No Knives Found
On a very chilly afternoon , I was joined by CWAC Councillor Gillian Edwards to carry out a knife sweep in locations previously linked to anti-social behaviour:
Northwich Road shops
Bottom Pitch Meadow
Cuddington & Sandiway Playfields The cold was biting – please wrap up warm if you’re elderly or vulnerable .
While taking photos , I thought how lovely it would be to decorate the trees near the football pitch with Christmas lights – a festive idea for the future!
Pleased to report that no knives were found!
Parking Patrol – St Bede’s Catholic Church
This morning, I carried out a parking patrol around St Bede’s Catholic Church.
No obstructions near junctions or footpaths – thank you to everyone for parking considerately!

I’ve completed three home visits to victims of fraud across the Weaver & Cuddington ward.

Christingle Service – St John’s Church
A beautiful Christingle service with prayers, carols including Away in a Manger, and the switching on of the sparkling churchyard Christmas tree .
Afterwards, we enjoyed hot juice and lovely conversations with members of the faith community – a wonderful start to the festive season!
